Climbing Reflection

I think that I did well this unit in completing my goals. I completed the Overhang which was my main goal for this unit as well as others (blind folded, blind folded and connected to someone else, etc). This year and I found that I had only a few problems on the wall while climbing, however I did improve on most of them. For example, one of my problems was that I did not trust my holds when I reached up for other ones. I fixed this problem by reaching for farther holds more often and kept doing it until I was sure that I would make it to the next hold.

The Overhang was my biggest achievement this year I have been trying to complete it for years but every time I failed. I figured out that I alway fell in the same spot so I tried to fix it. My problem was that I had a phobia of the first hold leading the upside down part and I was too scared to reach for it just because I thought that I would fail. But then I saw Adarsh do it and his arms are shorter than mine so I tried again and I finally reached it. After that, I finished the rest of the Overhang! Another big achievement that I completed this year is self belaying. It is actually quite hard having to climb a bit, then stop and tighten the rope. It is really fun though too! Especially repelling back down afterwards. I really enjoyed this unit and I think that I have improved a lot this unit too. I even completed pretty much all my goals!
